What is it?

Is a program within the Poverty Stoplight that is implemented exclusively in private and public companies. We partner with these organizations to assess the quality of life of their employees to optimize the resources invested in Corporate Social Responsibility plans. So far, more than 160 Paraguayan companies participated.

Why do we work with companies?

Companies invest many resources in benefit programs that seek to increase the commitment of their employees and reduce turnover. However, these are often inefficient because they are not focused on the true needs of the workers. With the Stoplight, it is possible to clearly identify the areas to work on, which allows directing efforts efficiently and achieving better results.

Value of the program:
